Functionality of gRide Go

• gRide Go operates as an on-demand system that groups multiple passengers traveling in the same direction on campus, arranging them into a shared vehicle. By utilizing the gRide Go app, users can select from various DNA shuttle stops across the campus, allowing the app to match them with a vehicle heading their way. Passengers will be conveniently picked up at a DNA shuttle stop and transported to their desired destination. This service features smart algorithms providing estimated journey times and real-time tracking, ensuring passengers are always aware of their ride's location.

Requesting a Ride with gRide Go

• To request a ride, follow these three simple steps:
• 1. Download the App
  2. Login with your Genentech credentials or Sign Up and create an account
  3. Select a ride from any GNE shuttle stop within the specified service area

• Prior to booking your ride, you will receive an accurate estimate of your pick-up ETA. Additionally, real-time vehicle tracking is available within the app for your convenience.
